Shipping
Is there shipping free?
We offer free shipping on orders over $100. For orders under $100 you have shipping options at checkout.
Where do you ship?
Canada and the US.
How long does it take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 3–7 business days after that. You’ll get a tracking link by email.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
What can’t be returned?
Sale items, gift cards, and anything that’s been worn or washed.
How do exchanges work?
We replace items that arrive defective or damaged. Email orders@teamltd.com with a photo.
Who pays return shipping?
You do. If we cover the return label, the cost is deducted from your refund.
Sizing
How does it fit?
Tees and hoodies run oversized. Want a tighter fit? Size down.
Size chart?
Coming soon. If you’re unsure, email us and we’ll sort it out.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 2 hours of placing it. After that, it’s in production and we can’t change it.
Where’s my order?
Check the tracking link in your shipping email. If it’s been more than 7 days without an update, email us.
